This Y-SNP has tested positive for only four submissions: Reynolds (3) and Cooper (1).

There are around five good testing candidates for L627 testing that were found:

1) With the Y-Search query, four submissions that have not been tested that were higher than 70 % of the DNA fingerprint with a genetic distance of 17 or less. The following submissions would be good testing candidates: Cooper (ZEXPA), Simmons (468X8), Falkenberg (RWKFK), and Simmons (UK3C7). The Walsh spreadsheet also has one very good candidate that has only been tested at 67 markers: Reynolds (QVSBR).

2) Since the scope of this Y-SNP has not been tested to date, there are many submissions that have a 50 to 70 % match of the DNA fingerprint. There are 34 more lower odds testing candidates. See the L627 DNA Results spreadsheet for these candidates.

The DNA results spreadsheet includes five total good testing candidates (greater than 70 % of the DNA fingerprint). The higher on the spreadsheet, the more likely of testing positive for this Y-SNP. Since the scope of this Y-SNP has not tested negative higher than 50 % of the DNA fingerprint, any tests over 50 % would be very reasonable testing candidates until the scope of this Y-SNP is determined.
