MARGERY PACE (14.6) is the daughter of William Pace and Mary Pace.  Margery was born on March 4, 1788 in Virginia.  In 1807, Margery Pace married George Washington Wininger (30.12.6) in Washington County, Virginia.  George was born on April 9, 1786 in Virginia and is the son of John Alexander Wininger and Catherine (Huffman) Wininger.  From 1815 to 1830, George Wininger was living in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  George and Margery Wininger were the parents of eleven children:

George Washington Wininger died on December 12, 1848 in Dubois County, Indiana and was buried there in the Pace Cemetery.  In 1850, Margery “Winegar” was living in Dubois County, Indiana.  In 1850, Margaret Wineger (born 1838 in Indiana) was living with Margery.  Margery (Pace) Wininger died on August 19, 1859 in Dubois County, Indiana and was buried there in the Pace Cemetery.

JOHN A. WINEINGER (14.6.1) is the son of George Washington Wininger and Margery (Pace) Wininger.  John was born on October 22, 1808 in Tennessee.  John Wineinger married Catherine Wininger (30.11.5.3).  Catherine was born on December 6, 1809 in Virginia and is the daughter of Peter K. Wininger and Julia Ann (Slusher) Wininger.  In 1830, John Wineinger was living in Scott County, Virginia.  In 1850, John and Catherine Wineinger were living in Orange County, Indiana.  In 1860, John and Catherine Wineinger were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  John and Catherine Wineinger were the parents of fifteen children:

Catherine (Wininger) Wineinger died on February 1, 1870 in Dubois County, Indiana.  In 1870, John A. Wineinger was living in Dubois County, Indiana.  On January 5, 1871, John Wininger married a second time to Catherine Beard in Washington County, Indiana.  In 1880, John A. “Wininger” and his wife, Margaret Wininger (born 1835 in Indiana), were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  John Wininger died on September 19, 1882 in Dubois County, Indiana and was buried there in the Shiloh Cemetery.  Jesse Wineinger was killed, along with his brother, Kender Wineinger, in a boiler explosion.  Phillip Wineinger married a woman whose name was Sally J.  Amanda Wineinger never married.  In 1900, Amanda Wineinger was living with her brother, Charles, in Dubois County, Indiana.

Wineinger and Catherine (Wininger) Wineinger.  William was born on November 30, 1828 in Virginia.  On December 6, 1849, William Wineinger married Diana Roberts (born December 9, 1831).  From 1850 to 1880, William and Diana Wineinger were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  William and Diana Wineinger were the parents of eleven children:

Diana (Roberts) Wineinger died on April 24, 1895.  In 1900, William “Wininger” and his wife, Mary M. Wininger (born September, 1839 in Indiana), were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  William S. Wineinger died on May 3, 1911.  John A. Wineinger died as an infant in 1852.  Nancy Wineinger married Bill Claxton and she died in California.  Lydia Wineinger died on same day that she was born, September 4, 1854.  George Wineinger died in Kansas.  Lucy Wineinger married Alfred Bletcher and she died in California.

Sarah Wineinger married John Byers and they lived in Oolitic, Indiana.  John Byers died in 1922 and Sarah (Wineinger) Byers died on February 9, 1946.  Charles Wineinger died in Kansas.  Mary Wineinger married Albert Nicholson (born 1864).  Mary (Wineinger) Nicholson died in Bedford, Indiana in 1943 and Albert Nicholson died in 1946.  Stephen Wineinger married Laurie Shipsman.  Stephen Wineinger died in Dubois County, Indiana.

MARTIN LESTER WINEINGER (14.6.1.1.6) is the son of William S. Wineinger and Diana (Roberts) Wineinger.  Martin was born on March 6, 1861 in Dubois County, Indiana.  In 1887, Martin Wineinger married Missouri McCune (born December 28, 1867 in Indiana).  Martin and Missouri Wininger were the parents of at least six children:

WILLIAM KINDER WINEINGER (14.6.1.1.11) is the son of William S. Wineinger and Diana (Roberts) Wineinger.  William was born on August 11, 1872 in Dubois County, Indiana.  On September 15, 1897, William Wineinger married Alveretta Howerton (born September 18, 1874 in Indiana).  William and Alveretta Wineinger were the parents of six children:

June 17, 1920.  Marvel Wineinger married John Hyler and they have three daughters:  -  Sharon Hyler who married a Mr. Fehr,  -  Bonnie Hyler who married a Mr. Bevis,  -  Marlyn Hyler.  Marvel (Wineinger) Hyler died on February 23, 1978.

Clarence Wineinger married Ora Archer and they had one daughter:  -  Clarence Marie Wineinger, b. November 19, 1921.  Clarence Elvie Wineinger died on August 10, 1921.  Clarence Marie Wineinger married William Elkins and they have five children:  -  David Elkins,  -  Ronald Elkins,  -  Gordon Elkins,  -  Garry Elkins,  -  Diane Elkins.  Charles Wineinger died young on September 20, 1907.  On March 3, 1927, Philip Sherman Wineinger married Elva Marie Harris and they had six children:  -  Evelyn Alverettia Wineinger, b. Byrd Wineinger first married Ruth Waggie but they were later divorced.  Byrd Wineinger married a second time to Bernatte Burnsen and they have one daughter:  -  Sue Ellen Wineinger, b. Wineinger and Catherine (Wininger) Wineinger.  Samuel was born on November 18, 1836 in Tennessee.  On March 21, 1867, Samuel Wineinger married Nancy Ann Harris (born 1848 in Indiana).  In 1870, Samuel and Nancy Wineinger were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  Samuel and Nancy Wineinger were the parents of six children:

Malissa (Anderson) Wineinger died on January 14, 1893.  On February 2, 1893, Samuel Wineinger married a third time to Mioma Jane Horton (born December 23, 1862 in Indiana).  Jane and Nancy Harris were first cousins.  Samuel and Jane Wineinger were the parents of two children:

In 1900, Sam and Jane “Wininger” were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  Mioma Jane (Horton) Wineinger died on February 27, 1907 and Samuel Wineinger died on May 6, 1907.  Alberta Wineinger died on October 20, 1874.  On February 1, 1887, Sarah Wineinger married John W. Anderson.  Sarah (Wineinger) Anderson died on August 5, 1904.  Marshall Wineinger died on August 17, 1873.  On March 8, 1903, Homer Wineinger married Clara V. Brittain and they had two children:  -  Samuel Wineinger, b. October 1, 1904,  -  Rachel Wineinger.  Rachel Wineinger married a Mr. LeDuc and was living in Tallahassee, Florida in 1948.  Homer Wineinger died on January 26, 1948.

On July 5, 1903, Dora Wineinger married William Roudenbush and they had three children:  -  a daughter who died in infancy,  -  Wilma Roudenbush,  -  Walter Roudenbush, b. July 28, 1905.  William Roudenbush died in March of 1907.  Dora (Wineinger) Roudenbush died on May 31, 1963 and was buried in the Shiloh Cemetery at Ireland, Indiana.  Walter Roudenbush died on May 23, 1982 in Jasper, Indiana and was buried in the Shiloh Cemetery at Ireland, Indiana.  In 1913, Clara Wineinger married Oliver Madly and they had three children:  -  Homer Lee Madly,  -  Dora Madly,  -  Josephine Madly.  Dora Madly died of diptheria on December 2, 1921.  Clara (Wineinger) Madly died on March 3, 1922 and was buried at the Methodist Cemetery at Taswell.

Esta Wineinger married Blythe McCormack and then moved to Velpen, Indiana.  Blythe and Esta McCormack were the parents of ten children:  -  Mrs. Collis Harris of Evansville,  -  Mrs. Marion Hilgeman of Huntingburg,  -  Mrs. Otis Barnett of Huntingburg,  -  Mrs. Eugene Bauer of Huntingburg,  -  Mrs. Paul Leslie of Oakland City,  -  Mrs. Lester Froman of Spurgeon,  -  Mrs. James Winters, Jr. of Indianapolis,  -  Miss Rosanna McCormack of Huntingburg,  -  Robert McCormack of Indianapolis,  -  Charles McCormack of Indianapolis.  Blythe McCormack was killed in a mining accident on September 14, 1935.  Esta later moved to Huntingburg, Indiana and around 1947 moved to Indianapolis, Indiana.  Esta (Wineinger) McCormack died on January 7, 1951.

DELLA MAY WINEINGER (14.6.1.6.5) is the daughter of Samuel W. Wineinger and Nancy Ann (Harris) Wineinger.  Della May was born on August 20, 1877 in Dubois County, Indiana.  On November 2, 1894, Della May Wineinger entered a complaint charging John Frank, Jr. with being the father of her child.  On January 25, 1895, it was reported that Miss Della Wineinger came “into open court and acknowledged that satisfactory provisions had been made for the support of her child” and the case was dismissed.  On February 7, 1897, Della Wineinger married John Frank, Jr.  John and Della Frank were the parents of three children:

  Mamie Anna Frank, b. March 19, 1895
  Lawrence John Frank, b. December 14, 1897
  Josephine Elizabeth Frank, b. November 6, 1900

Following the death of John Frank, Jr., Della married a second time to Ernest Ruehle, who also preceded Della in death.  Della (Wineinger) Ruehle died on August 15, 1971 and was buried in the Community Cemetery in Haysville, Indiana.  Mamie Frank married Robert Mehne and they had two children:  -  Cleta Sophie Mehne, b. February 17, 1914,  -  Roberta Mehne, b. April 24, 1925.  Lawrence Frank and his wife, Vera, were the parents of two children:  -  Louise Frank who married Oscar Kalb,  -  Randall Frank of Lancaster, California.  Josephine married Arlo Breidenbaugh and they had two children:  -  Arnett Breidenbaugh,  -  Arlo Breidenbaugh, Jr.  Arlo Breidenbaugh, Sr. died on July 17, 1948.  Josephine (Frank) Breidenbaugh died on August 7, 1982 in Jasper, Indiana and was buried in the Community Cemetery in Haysville, Indiana.

JOHN FLETCHER WINEINGER (14.6.1.8) is the son of John A. Wineinger and Catherine (Wininger) Wineinger.  John was born on February 28, 1840 in Orange County, Indiana.  On July 26, 1863, John Wineinger married Rachel Corn.  Rachel lived only two years after they were married.  A year after Rachel’s death, John Wineinger married a second time to Maria White (born 1849 in Indiana).  In 1870, John and Maria Wineinger were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  John and Maria Wineinger were the parents of four children:

  Anna Belle Wineinger, b. 1869, Indiana

Wineinger and Catherine (Wininger) Wineinger.  Margery was born on April 17, 1845 in Indiana.  On November 22, 1870, Margery Wineinger married John Taylor Corn in Dubois County, Indiana.  John was born on February 18, 1849 in Dubois County, Indiana and is the son of Jesse M. Corn and Margery (Harris) Corn.  John and Margery Corn were the parents of at least one son:

  Porter Corn, b. August 12, 1880, Dubois County, Indiana

John Taylor Corn died on January 4, 1919 in Kay County, Oklahoma and Margery (Wineinger) Corn died on March 13, 1930 in Kay County, Oklahoma.  On June 21, 1905, Porter Corn married Lillie M. Burgett and they were the parents of at least one daughter:  -  Goldie E. Corn.  Porter Corn died on January 13, 1959 in Kay County, Oklahoma.  Goldie Corn married Mr. Marshall and lives in South Haven, Kansas.

CHARLES D. WINEINGER (14.6.1.14) is the son of John A. Wineinger and Catherine (Wininger) Wineinger.  Charles was born on September 1, 1853 in Indiana.  On March 30, 1880, Charles Wineinger married Cordelia Lemond.  Cordelia was born on December 5, 1856 in Indiana and is the daughter of Joseph Lemond and Charlotte Lemond.  In 1900, Charles and Delia “Wineinger” were living in Dubois County, Indiana.  Charles and Cordelia Wineinger were the parents of three children:

Harsh in Dickinson County, Kansas.  Lawrence A. MARY ANN FALEN (14.6.3.1.3) is the daughter of Henry Falen and Catherine (Wininger) Falen.  Mary was born on  March 2, 1851 in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  On February 28, 1870, Mary Falen married Charles E. Anderson (born January 7, 1845 in Sweden).  Charles and Mary Anderson were the parents of one son:

  Ernest Anderson (14.6.3.1.3.1), b. November 24, 1886, Hope, Kansas

Mary (Falen) Anderson died on January 14, 1918 in Hope, Kansas and was buried there in the Ashton Cemetery.

SARAH AMANDA FALEN (14.6.3.1.4) is the daughter of Henry Falen and Catherine (Wininger) Falen.  Sarah was born on May 13, 1853 in Glasgow, Kentucky.  On August 7, 1872, Sarah Falen married James Lafoon Hodges (born October 16, 1848).  James and Sarah Hodges were the parents of at least one son:

  Charles Robert Hodges, b. September 24, 1880

Sarah (Falen) Hodges died on May 13, 1922 in Canyonville, Oregon and was buried there.  James Hodges died in 1938 in Canyonville, Oregon.  On September 25, 1900, Charles Hodges married Sarah Eunice O’Neal (born November 6, 1881 in Marion County, Kansas).  Charles and Sarah Hodges were the parents of at least one daughter:  -  Ethel Amanda Hodges, b. October 11, 1901 in Marion County, Kansas.  Charles Hodges died on September 15, 1947 in Sebastopol, California and Sarah (O’Neal) Hodges died on February 7, 1969 in San Pablo, California.

On March 21, 1921, Ethel Hodges married Ernest Alfred Coburn (born January 26, 1902 in Forestville, California).  Ernest and Ethel Coburn are the parents of at least one daughter:  -  Evelyn Alice Coburn, b. June 7, 1922 in Geyserville, California.  On July 1, 1944, Evelyn Coburn married Lester Milfred Herring (born June 28, 1924 in Fresno, California) and they are the parents of at least one daughter:  -  Marilyn Louise Herring, b. January 10, 1947 in Santa Monica, California.  Marilyn Herring married David Allen Hardin (born October 29, 1947 in Whittier, California).
