MARGARET OLLIFF (1.4.5) is the daughter of Joseph Olliff and Rebecca (Donaldson) Olliff.  Margaret was born on September 14, 1827 in Georgia.  On December 23, 1850, Margaret Olliff married Bassel Jones in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Bassel was born on October 18, 1824 in Georgia and is the son of William Jones (born ca. 1790) and Martha Ann Jones.  Bassel and Margaret Jones were the parents of seven children:

In 1860, Bassel and Margaret Jones were living in Emanuel County, Georgia.  Bassel Jones served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War.  Margaret (Olliff) Jones died on February 9, 1867.  In 1870, Bassel Jones and his children were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  On November 10, 1870, Bassel Jones married a second time to Lavinia E. Franklin in Bulloch County, Georgia.  In 1880, Bassel and Lavinia Jones were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Bassel Jones died on January 10, 1897.

SARAH JONES (1.4.5.3) is the daughter of Bassel Jones and Margaret (Olliff) Jones.  Sarah was born in October, 1855 in Georgia.  In 1886, Sarah Jones married William M. Bell (born May of 1855 in Georgia).  From 1900 to 1910, William and Sarah Bell were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  William and Sarah Bell were the parents of at least six children:

   Maggie Bell, b. November, 1886, Georgia
   Ezra C. Bell, b. January, 1888, Georgia
   Kitty Bell, b. July, 1890, Georgia
   Harry Bell, b. August, 1892, Georgia
   William Bell, Jr., b. February, 1894, Georgia

Around 1914, Kitty Bell married Thomas Absolom Jones in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Thomas was born on August 10, 1886 and is the son of Thomas Jones (born 1854) and Edith (Cannady) Jones.  Thomas and Kitty Jones have four children:  -  Jessie Jones,  -  Doris Jones,  -  Cecil Jones,  -  John Henry Jones.  Thomas A. Jones died in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Thomas A. Jones and Kitty (Bell) Jones were buried in the Middleground Cemetery in Bulloch County, Georgia.

JOSEPH J. JONES (1.4.5.4) is the son of Bassel Jones and Margaret (Olliff) Jones.  Joseph was born on April 18, 1858 in Georgia.  On February 19, 1888, Joseph Jones married Catherine Mikell in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Catherine was born on July 26, 1866 in Georgia.  Joseph and Catherine Jones were the parents of four children:

   Jesse A. Jones, b. April 24, 1892, Georgia
   Mamie Jones, b. September 18, 1896, Georgia
   Joseph Remer Jones, b. July 16, 1899, Georgia
   William H. Jones, b. 1904, Georgia

In 1910, Joseph and Catherine Jones were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Joseph J. Jones died on February 8, 1930 and Catherine (Mikell) Jones died on January 8, 1934.  Both were buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  Jesse Jones married and had two children.  Jesse Jones died on November 16, 1919 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  Mamie Jones married George Davis.  Mamie (Jones) Davis died on October 12, 1925 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.

On December 16, 1922, Remer Jones married Eunice Mikell in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Eunice was born on November 17, 1896 and is the daughter of J. L. Mikell and Ella W. Mikell.  Eunice (Mikell) Jones died on May 18, 1957 and Joseph Remer Jones died on August 1, 1963.  Both were buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.

HENRY BAZIL JONES (1.4.5.6) is the son of Bassel Jones and Margaret (Olliff) Jones.  Henry was born on September 8, 1863 in Georgia.  On October 28, 1889, Henry Jones married Emma Virginia Mikell in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Emma was born on August 23, 1867 in Georgia and is the daughter of Seaborn Mikell and Isabel Durrance (Manes) Mikell.  Henry and Emma Jones were the parents of one daughter:

From 1900 to 1910, Henry and Emma Jones were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Henry B. Jones died on September 6, 1935 and Emma (Mikell) Jones died on March 3, 1948.  Both were buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.

BERTHA M. JONES (1.4.5.6.1) is the son of Henry Bazil Jones and Emma Virginia (Mikell) Jones.  Bertha was born on September 5, 1897 in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Bertha Jones married Thomas Leon Waters (born October 18, 1893 in Georgia).  Leon and Bertha Waters were the parents of eight children:

July 21, 1943,  -  Joseph Allen Nesmith, b. June 14, 1958.  Aulbert Nesmith died on December 7, 1984 in Bulloch County, Georgia.  On November 16, 1984, Margaret Nesmith married Paul E. Whitener (born January 14, 1926).  On August 10, 1985, Joseph Nesmith married Judy Nakano Bradley (born May 14, 1959) and they have two children:  -  Stephen Jacob Nesmith, b. July 30, 1988,  -  Amanda Nakamo Nesmith, b. May 9, 1990.

On August 12, 1949, Lena Waters married Harry Willie Hutto (born June 24, 1924 in Bulloch County, Georgia) and they had three children:  -  Peggy Ann Hutto, b. August 30, 1953, d. September 1, 1953,  -  Harry Robert Hutto, b. June 12, 1956,  -  Pamela Agatha Hutto, b. March 15, 1958.  Harry W. Hutto died on February 23, 1990.  On December 9, 1977, Pamela Hutto married David Inman Stewart (born November 1, 1956) and they have three children:  -  Brandi Agatha Stewart, b. July 14, 1988,  -  Case Inman Stewart, b. March 12, 1983 (sic),  -  Amber Jebson Stewart, b. June 3, 1988 (sic).

On August 26, 1949, James H. Waters married Mattie Eudell Futch (born January 7, 1938 in Bulloch County, Georgia) and they have one daughter:  -  Connie Lynn Waters, b. October 1, 1956.  On August 8, 1989, Connie Waters married Randy Curtis Calloway (born March 23, 1963).  On December 18, 1948, Helen Waters married Barney Wallace Stafford (born January 27, 1925) and they have no children.  On May 28, 1955, Paul Waters married Josephine “Chris” Smith (born November 9, 1932 in London, England) in Newmarket, England.  Paul and Chris Waters have two children:  -  Donnie Gene Waters, b. HENRY BAZIL WATERS (1.4.5.6.1.1) is the son of Thomas Leon Waters and Bertha M. (Jones) Waters.  Henry was born on July 26, 1916 in Bulloch County, Georgia.  On February 25, 1939, Henry Waters married Sarah Alzada Donaldson (born April 12, 1916) and they were the parents of three children:

On June 28, 1963, Thomas W. Waters married Annette Bird (born July 14, 1942) and they have two children:  -  Sandra Faye Waters, b. November 5, 1968,  -  Debra Waters, b. September 29, 1971.  On July 3, 1988, Sandra Waters married Ralph Cepec (born September 10, 1963) and they have one son:  -  Stephan Cepec, b. Bruce Waters died on February 3, 1959.  On May 29, 1968, Dianne Waters married Billy Dewain Hendrix (born March 21, 1947) and they have two children:  -  Russel Dewain Hendrix, b. August 16, 1972,  -  Ginger Dianne Hendrix, b. September 29, 1975.  On May 20, 1960, Kenneth Waters married Lisa Faye Sanders and they have two children:  -  Scott Allen Waters, b. On November 26, 1977, Catherine Waters married Robbie Wayne Myers (born December 15, 1955) and they had one son:  -  Stephen Josiah Myers, b. August 22, 1980.  Robbie and Catherine Myers were later divorced.  Catherine married a second time to Kelvin Oren Jones (born July 22, 1958) and they had one daughter:  -  Hillary Elizabeth Jones, b. ALLEN IVERSON JONES (1.4.5.7) is the son of Bassel Jones and Margaret (Olliff) Jones.  Iverson was born on August 12, 1865 in Georgia.  On February 3, 1892, Iverson Jones married Jennie E. Parrish in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Jennie was born on born November 9, 1868 in Georgia and is the daughter of James Bland Parrish and Sarah Parrish.  Iverson and Jennie Jones were the parents of two sons:

   Carson Lee Jones (1.4.5.7.1), b. November 13, 1892, Bulloch County, Georgia
   Edgar Sylvester Jones (1.4.5.7.2), b. January 4, 1895, Bulloch County, Georgia

From 1900 to 1910, Iverson and Jennie Jones were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Allen Iverson Jones died on March 15, 1934 and Jennie (Parrish) Jones died in May of 1952.

CARSON LEE JONES (1.4.5.7.1) is the son of Allen Iverson Jones and Jennie E. (Parrish) Jones.  Carson was born on November 13, 1892 in Bulloch County, Georgia.  On April 23, 1920, Carson Jones married Myrtle Anderson.  Myrtle was born on March 5, 1896 and is the daughter of James H. Anderson.  Carson and Myrtle Jones were the parents of three children:

   James Allen Jones, b. May 20, 1921
   Virginia Jane Jones, b. February 18, 1925
   Carson Lee Jones, Jr., b. February 2, 1930

Carson L. Jones died on December 4, 1959 in Savannah, Georgia.  James A. Jones married Sophia Elizabeth Oliver of Screven County, Georgia and they have two children:  -  Glenn Oliver Jones, b. August 29, 1946,  -  Joni Elizabeth Jones.  On August 4, 1968, Glenn Jones married Mary Rebecca Konkle and they have two children:  -  Cynthia Jones, b. January 28, 1971,  -  Andrew Wayne Jones, b. On December 20, 1945, Virginia Jones married Claude Hodges, Jr. of Newington, Georgia and they have three children:  -  Dale Marie Hodges, b. March 23, 1947,  -  Lawrence Edward Hodges, b. July 17, 1950,  -  Ginger Ellen Hodges, b. August 23, 1961.  On July 18, 1967, Dale Hodges married Raymond Ryals and they had one child:  -  Eric Ryals, b. EDGAR SYLVESTER JONES (1.4.5.7.2) is the son of Allen Iverson Jones and Jennie E. (Parrish) Jones.  Edgar was born on January 4, 1895 in Bulloch County, Georgia.  On June 20, 1918, Edgar Jones married Pearl Inez English in Savannah, Georgia.  Pearl was born in 1897 and is the daughter of Joseph Payne English and Estelle Amelia (Freeman) English of Bryan County, Georgia.  Edgar and Pearl Jones were the parents of one daughter:

   Edrian Klaire Jones, b. January 2, 1920, Bryan County, Georgia

Pearl (English) Jones died in 1977 and Edgar Jones died on May 5, 1984 in Savannah, Georgia.  On June 26, 1944, Klaire Jones married Robert Pierpont Miller (born November 22, 1918) in Savannah, Georgia.  Robert was from Waterbury, Connecticut.  Robert and Klaire Miller had two children:  -  Charles Somers Miller, b. April 26, 1945, Fort Sill, Oklahoma,  -  Susan Jane Miller, b. September 18, 1951, Atlanta, Georgia.  Klaire (Jones) Miller died on April 23, 1983 in Savannah, Georgia.  On June 21, 1969, Somers Miller married Alice Calhoun Beeler of Bristol, Tennessee and they have two children:  -  Alice Lawson Miller, b. August 10, 1977, Beaufort, South Carolina,  -  Payne English Miller, b. February 28, 1979, Beaufort, South Carolina.  As of 1992, Somers Miller was a Professor of History at the University of South Carolina and lives in Beaufort, South Carolina.  On November 15, 1980, Susan Miller married Stephen Joseph Wunder in Savannah, Georgia.  Stephen is from Brooklyn, New York.  Stephen and Susan Wunder have two children:  -  Stephen Joseph Wunder, Jr., b.
