This web site contains one family history book that includes over 6,600 individuals that are related to the authors. This book primarily includes descendants of the author's oldest known ancestor, John Shears Olliff, who died in Bulloch County, Georgia around 1802. It is estimated that over 90 % of all individuals with the surname of Olliff are descendants of John Shears Olliff. There have been two books published on this family. The first book was published in 1971 and included around 1,500 individuals. This 100 page book, "A History and Genealogy of a Portion of the Olliff Family," was written by Martin T. Olliff, Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama and is now out of print. In 1992, this author, Robert B.
