BENJAMIN OLLIFF (1.2.2.1) is the son of Joseph Olliff and Rebecca (Lanier) Olliff.  Benjamin was born on October 27, 1849 in Emanuel County, Georgia.  Benjamin Olliff married Ruth “Missouri” Cannady.  Missouri was born on February 28, 1850 in Graymont, Georgia and is the daughter of James H. Cannady (born 1825 in Georgia) and Temperance (Durden) Cannady (born 1825 in Georgia).  Benjamin and Missouri Olliff were the parents of thirteen children:

From 1880 to 1900, Benjamin and Missouri Olliff were living in Emanuel County, Georgia.  Benjamin Olliff died of a stroke on April 29, 1907 in Emanuel County, Georgia and was buried in the Rosemary Church Cemetery.  Missouri (Cannady) Olliff died on September 3, 1907.  Joseph J. Olliff was the father of three children of which one is known:  -  Joseph Olliff.  Temperance “Tempie” Olliff married S. Wilkerson.  Trudy Olliff married Byron Clark and they had one daughter:  -  Ollie Mae Clark.  Ollie Mae Clark married Lester Donaldson.

MARIETTA OLLIFF (1.2.2.1.1) is the daughter of Benjamin Olliff and Ruth Missouri (Cannady) Olliff.  Marietta was born on January 21, 1872 in Graymont, Georgia.  On August 12, 1886, Marietta Olliff married Joseph M. Fordham (born 1866 in Dublin, Georgia).  Joseph and Marietta Fordham were the parents of seven children:

   Benjamin Franklin Fordham, b. June 20, 1890
   James Bowie Fordham, b. January 24, 1893
   Barnie Lee Fordham, b. September 10, 1895
   Raymond Joseph Fordham, b. May 26, 1898
   Bomar Fordham (1.2.2.1.1.6), b. September 21, 1900, Lyons, Georgia
   Harry Calvin Fordham, b. January 19, 1909

Around 1912, Joseph and Marietta Fordham were divorced.  Marrietta married at least four times after she and Joseph Fordham were divorced:  -  Mr. Williams,  -  Mr. Able,  -  Mr. Ashe,  -  Mr. Glenn.  Joseph Fordham died on September 13, 1939 in Statesboro, Georgia and was buried in the Upper Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.  Marietta (Olliff) Fordham died on November 17, 1965 in Miami, Florida and was buried there in the Flagler Memorial Cemetery.  Lonnie Fordham and his first wife had one daughter:  -  Margaret Fordham.  Margaret Fordham married Frank Wallden and lived in Savannah, Georgia.  Lonnie Fordham changed his name to Jack Freeman.  Jack Freeman and his third wife, Billie Freeman, had one son:  -  Jackie Freeman, b. 1931.  Jack married a fifth time to a woman named Marie who was a registered nurse.  Jack Freeman died as a result of an automobile accident on May 10, 1972 and was buried in the Avon Park, Florida.

On August 14, 1913, Benjamin Fordham married Sarah Floy Oglesby in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Ben and Floy Fordham had three children:   -  Benjamin Fordham, Jr., b. ca. 1915,  -  Joseph Olliff Fordham,  -  Caroline Fordham.  Floy Fordham was a Registered Nurse.  Benjamin Fordham died as a result of a fall from a horse at McClenny, Florida about 1927.  Benjamin Fordham, Jr. was a career serviceman and lived in Woodworth, Louisiana.  Joseph Fordham had one daughter:  -  Caroline Fordham.  Caroline Fordham married a Mr. Payne and they had no children.  They lived in Key West, Florida.  Caroline died after an appendectomy operation.  James Fordham married Lillian Emory and they had one daughter:  -  Dora Fordham, b. ca. 1923.  James Fordham died around December of 1933.  Dora Fordham married a Mr. Pappas and lived in Hialeah, Florida.  Barnie Fordham died as a child on December 15, 1901.

Raymond “Joseph” Fordham went by Joseph Raymond Fordham.  Joseph Fordham married Caroline Smith and they had two children:  -  Joseph Raymond Fordham, Jr., b. ca. 1917, Savannah, Georgia,  -  Louise Fordham, b. ca. 1919, Savannah, Georgia.  Joseph and Caroline Fordham were later divorced.  Joseph Fordham and his third wife, Edna Fordham, had one son:  -  J. L. “Skippy” Fordham, b. ca. 1940, Miami, Florida.  Joseph Fordham, Sr. died around 1960.  Joseph Fordham, Jr. died about 1972 in Miami, Florida.  Louise Fordham married Raymond O’Steen and they had one son:  -  Raymond O’Steen, Jr.  Louise lived in Miami, Florida.  Skippy Fordham lived in Jacksonville, Florida.  Harry Calvin Fordham died as a child on July 8, 1914.

BOMAR FORDHAM (1.2.2.1.1.6) is the daughter of Joseph M. Fordham and Marietta (Olliff) Fordham.  Bomar was born on September 21, 1900 in Lyons, Georgia.  On February 27, 1921, Bomar Fordham married Donald Ferdinand Matthew (born August 20, 1900 in Hempstead, Long Island, New York) at Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Donald and Bomar Matthew were the parents of three children:

   Bomar Annetta Matthew (1.2.2.1.1.6.1), b. December 6, 1921, Miami, Florida
   Donald Ferdinand Matthew, Jr., b. October 7, 1923, Miami, Florida
   John Matthew, b. December 2, 1931, Miami, Florida

Donald Matthew, Sr. served in World War I and World War II.  Donald Matthew, Sr. died on April 16, 1954 in Miami, Florida and Bomar (Fordham) Matthew died on July 13, 1974 in Plantation, Florida.  Donald Matthew, Jr. served in the United States Army (Infantry) during World War II and was part of the occupation army in Germany after the war.  In 1945, Donald Matthew, Jr. married Nita Kerr in Miami, Florida but they were divorced two years later having no children.  Donald Matthew, Jr. died in action in Korea in 1950.  He was missing in action from November 31, 1953 until December 31, 1953 when he was declared dead by the United States Gorvernment.  Donald was awarded the Purple Heart posthumously.

John Matthew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts and Sciences from Florida State University.  On August 28, 1954, John Matthew married Dinah Murphy.  John and Dinah Matthew have three children:  -  Michael Robert Matthew, b. August 15, 1958, Miami, Florida,  -  John Jeffrey Matthew, b. January 9, 1961, Miami, Florida,  -  Richard Patrick Matthew, b. September 28, 1964, Miami, Florida.  John Matthew, Sr. is a food broker.  As of 1992, John Matthew, Sr. was living in Auburndale, Florida.  On October 4, 1987, Richard Matthew married Michaelaine Coulter (born August 7, 1966).  Michaelaine’s ancestor was John Coulter who was on the Lewis and Clark expedition as a guide.  Richard and Michaelaine Matthew have two children:  -  Shane Matthew, b. May 1, 1986,  -  Lauren Matthew, b. June 1, 1989.

BOMAR “ANNETTA” MATTHEW (1.2.2.1.1.6.1) is the daughter of Donald Ferdinand Matthew and Bomar (Fordham) Matthew.  Annetta was born on December 6, 1921 in Miami, Florida.  On July 2, 1939, Annetta Matthew married Joseph Warren Albury (born September 26, 1914 in Miami, Florida) in Miami, Florida.  Joseph and Annetta Albury are the parents of four children:

January 9, 1971.  Donald Albury has a Doctorate of Philosophy degree from the University of Florida.  Donald and Virginia Albury were divorced in 1978.  On February 16, 1980, Donald Albury married a second time to Elizabeth Hinkle and they have one son:  -  Robert Warren Albury, b. June 1, 1983.  Donald Albury served in Vietnam.  As of 1992, Donald Albury works for the Private Industry Council in Palm Beach County, Florida and was living in Delray Beach, Florida.  Susan Albury has a Bachelor of Science in English degree from the University of Florida.  On June 30, 1984, Susan Albury married John Wilkes in New York City, New York.  Susan is a managing editor of children’s books for MacMillan Publishing.  As of 1992, Susan (Albury) Wilkes was living in Brooklyn, New York.

Joanna Albury has a Associate of Arts degree from Brevard Junior College and is a property appraiser in Alachua County, Florida.  On November 3, 1973, Joanna Albury married Harry Linford Young, III in Plantation, Florida.  Harry and Joanna Young have three children:  -  Harry Linford Young, IV, b. July 30, 1975,  -  Joseph Matthew Young, b. November 28, 1983,  -  Jamie Arleen Young, b. James Lester Olliff died on September 11, 1931 and Kate (Wilkinson) Olliff died on November 8, 1946.  Both were buried in the Rosemary Cemetery.  On December 5, 1919, Henry H. Olliff married Sarah Mattie Hawkins (born 1899 in Georgia).  In 1920, Harrison and Mattie Olliff were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  Harrison and Mattie Olliff had two children:  -  Mattie Lou Olliff,  -  Ruby Inez Olliff.  Harrison Olliff died in March of 1964.  Mattie L. Olliff married Tom Edmonds and they have two children:  -  Rebecca “Becky” Edmonds,  -  Ruby Inez Edmonds.  Rebecca Edmonds married and has two children, Patrick and Stephanie.  Ruby Olliff married Harry Smith and they have two children:  -  Judy Smith,  -  Ginnie Smith.  Judy Smith married and has one daughter, Ashey.  Ginnie Smith married Dan Head but they were later divorced.

Benjamin J. Olliff never married.  Betty Olliff married Douglas Kinard and they have two children:  -  Cindy Kinard,  -  Katie Kinard.  Cindy has two children and Katie has two children.  Thomas Olliff has three children.  Mary Lee Olliff married Richard Roll and they have two children.  Kay Olliff married Jerry Collins and they have two children.

Susie P. Pasquale.  Martha Olliff married a second time to Donald Gene Farrow and they have two children:  -  James Thomas Farrow,  -  Jodi Lanier Farrow.  As of 1992, Martha (Olliff) Farrow was living in Metter, Georgia.  Lenny Pasquale married Teresa McNeal.  Lenny married a second time to Pam Reville.  Pam had a daughter prior to her marriage to Lenny, Jessica Reville.

William L. Olliff married Cheryle Lee and they have two children:  -  William Ashley Olliff,  -  Adam Lee Olliff.  William A. BENJAMIN ROWE OLLIFF (1.2.2.1.5) is the son of Benjamin Olliff and Missouri (Cannady) Olliff.  Benjamin was born on August 15, 1880 in Emanuel County, Georgia.  Benjamin Olliff married Sarah Pearl Riggs (1.4.4.2.8).  Pearl was born on November 14, 1882 in Bulloch County, Georgia and is the daughter of James Riggs and Sarah Jane (Olliff) Riggs.  Benjamin and Pearl Olliff were the parents of two children:

   Fronita Olliff, b. 1906, Georgia
   James Clifton Olliff, b. December 5, 1906, Georgia

Pearl (Riggs) Olliff died of typhoid fever in Bulloch County, Georgia on February 13, 1909 and was buried in the Lower Lott’s Creek Cemetery.  On August 11, 1909, Benjamin Olliff married a second time to Julia F. Dekle.  Julia was born on August 31, 1877 in Georgia and is the daughter of William Dekle and America (Beasley) Dekle.  Benjamin and Julia Olliff were the parents of four children:

From 1910 to 1930, Benjamin and Julia Olliff were living in Bulloch County, Georgia.  In 1910, Benjamin’s brother, Rufus Olliff, was living with them.  Julia (Dekle) Olliff died on March 13, 1938 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  Benjamin Olliff married a third time to Louise Hagin.  Benjamin Olliff died on May 4, 1965 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  Fronita Olliff married John Hubert Roach (born April 14, 1898) and they had no children.  John H. Roach died on June 19, 1967 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  On July 29, 1932, James C. Olliff married Mae Cumming.  Mae was born on March 7, 1910 and is the daughter of C. M. Cumming.  James and Mae Olliff had one son:   -  Michael Benjamin Olliff.  James C. Olliff died on May 4, 1965 and Mae (Cumming) Olliff died on January 19, 1973.  Both were buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.

Hurst and they have four children:  -  Betty Jean Hurst,  -  Nita Hurst,  -  Virginia Hurst,  -  Benjamin Hurst.  Eline (Olliff) Hurst died on July 29, 1942 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  Betty Jean Hurst married Jack Howell and they have one daughter:  -  Betty Howell.  Nita Hurst married Reuie Rigby.  Eva B. Olliff died as a child resulting from influenza on February 9, 1919 and was buried in the Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro, Georgia.  Ruth M. Olliff married Arthur L. Olliff was listed as a private stationed at Camp Travis in Bexar County, Texas.  Rufus H. Olliff married Eunice Thomas.  Rufus and Eunice Olliff were the parents of two children:

(Olliff) Cannady.  Elloy was born on November 8, 1874 in Emanuel County, Georgia.  On October 1, 1896, Elloy Cannady married Sarah Matilda Cowart in Emanuel County, Georgia.  Sarah was born on June 6, 1875 in Emanuel County, Georgia and is the daughter of Curtis Cowart and Emily Ann (Proctor) Cowart.  Elloy and Sarah Cannady were the parents of five children:

Roberts in Lowndes County, Georgia and they had no children.  Ila (Cannady) Roberts died on October 31, 1970 in Lowndes County, Georgia.  Maggie Cannady married Wiley Brents Bragg and they have at least two children.  Maggie (Cannady) Bragg died on March 23, 1988 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  Paul Cannady married Elsie Thompson.  Paul Cannady died on December 4, 1976 in Dade County, Florida.  On January 19, 1935, William Cannady married Frances Carolyn “Carrie” Smith in Eastman, Georgia and they have at least two children.  Frances was born on December 17, 1912 in Chauncey, Georgia and is the daughter of George Leonard Smith and Maggie Lee (Stinson) Smith.  William Cannady died on September 15, 1947 in Duval County, Florida.  Willie Cannady was adopted by the Fletcher Family around 1912.  Willie Cannady married Allene Fletcher and they have at least two chlidren.
