Shelton, who died very mysteriously several weeks ago, had been murdered, and that the arrest of the guilty party would follow in a short time.  The brother of the deceased, who has been in charge of the investigation ever since his brother died, was seen yesterday by a Times reporter in regard to the matter.  He stated that the matter had been in the hands of the police ever since Robert Shelton died, and that after a very thorough investigation, in which he, himself, had assisted, he was convinced that his brother had suffered no injury at the hand of another, and that he had died of apoplexy, induced by an accidental fall down a flight of steps in the rear of the Fischer building on West 8th Street.
