JANE ORTON (1.8.6.5) is the daughter of William Reed Orton and Rebecca (Huey) Orton.  Jane was born on July 3, 1837 in Clinton County, Illinois.  On October 16, 1853, Jane Orton married Everett Richmond in Provo, Utah.  Everett was born on November 23, 1831 in Lincolnshire, England and is the son of Thomas Richmond and Sarah Ann (Burrows) Richmond.  Everett’s brother, Joseph Burrows Richmond, married Jane Orton’s sister, Emma Orton (1.8.6.7).  Everett and Jane Richmond were the parents of six children:

  Merrill Joseph Waters, b. October 2, 1940, Idaho Falls, Idaho

Joseph Burr Waters was a mail carrier.  Flora (Durtschi) Waters died on June 7, 1945 in Blackfoot, Idaho and Joseph Burr Waters died on November 25, 1946 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Both were buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  On November 25, 1955, Carolyn Waters married Gordon Clayborn Casper in Orem, Utah.  On October 23, 1959, Renee Waters married Phillip Duane Harris in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Phillip was born on December 6, 1935 in Price, Utah and is the son of Orville Kenneth Harris and Ruby Nancy (Redd) Harris.  Phillip and Renee Harris have five children:  -  Julia Dawn Harris, b. EMMA JANE RICHMOND (1.8.6.7.3) is the daughter of Joseph Burrows Richmond and Emma (Orton) Richmond.  Emma was born on January 31, 1867 in Provo, Utah.  On December 29, 1889, Emma Richmond married George Meldrum, Jr. in Salt Lake City, Utah.  George was born on April 21, 1856 in Cowdenbeath, Scotland and is the son of George Meldrum and Jean (Barclay) Meldrum.  George’s brother, Joseph B. Meldrum, married Emma Richmond’s sister, Sonoma Richmond (1.8.6.7.4).  George and Emma Meldrum were the parents of two children:

  Hazel Darlene Meldrum, b. June 13, 1898, Provo, Utah
  Myrtle Meldrum

Emma (Richmond) Meldrum died on April 19, 1922 in Provo, Utah and George Meldrum, Jr. died on March 7, 1929 in Provo, Utah.  Both were buried in the Provo City Cemetery in Provo, Utah.  On June 13, 1922, Hazel Meldrum married Oliver Allen Nash in Littleton, Colorado.  Oliver was born on November 23, 1888 in Cheyene, Wyoming and is the son of Benjamin Franklin Nash and Mary Bell (Yelton) Nash.  Oliver and Hazel Nash had one daughter:  -  Betty Jane Nash.  Hazel (Meldrum) Nash died on September 12, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois and was buried in Provo, Utah.  Oliver Nash died on March 4, 1934 in Denver, Colorado.  Betty Jane Nash married Gilbert Eugene Day.

SONOMA RICHMOND (1.8.6.7.4) is the daughter of Joseph Burrows Richmond and Emma (Orton) Richmond.  Sonoma was born on August 25, 1868 in Provo, Utah.  On March 17, 1891, Sonoma Richmond married Joseph B. Meldrum in Provo, Utah.  Joseph was born on April 17, 1869 in Provo, Utah and is the son of George Meldrum and Jean (Barclay) Meldrum.  Joseph’s brother, George Meldrum, Jr., married Sonoma Richmond’s sister, Emma Jane Richmond (1.8.6.7.3).  Joseph and Sonoma Meldrum were the parents of twelve children:

Meldrum died on January 12, 1919 in Provo, Utah.  Both were buried in the Provo City Cemetery in Provo, Utah.  On April 5, 1916, Margaret Meldrum married Farley Percival Bigelow in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Margaret (Meldrum) Bigelow died on December 3, 1974 in Provo, Utah.  On October 6, 1919, Joseph Meldrum married Irene Coffman in Springville, Utah.  On July 20, 1918, Maida Meldrum married Sidney Coons Young in San Diego, California.  Maida (Meldrum) Young died October 27, 1970 in Idaho.  On September 20, 1926, Veda Meldrum married Sherman Henry Howard in Salt Lake City, Utah.  On June 12, 1929, Fred Meldrum married Margaret Alene Tuttle in Spanish Fork, Utah.  Fred Meldrum died on April 13, 1964 in Utah.  On July 13, 1922, Spencer Meldrum married Clara Smith in Provo, Utah.

On July 2, 1932, LuElla Meldrum married Eugene Cowan in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Eugene is the son of John Brown Cowan.  Eugene and LuElla Cowan had two daughters:  -  LuJean Cowan, b. April 29, 1935, Las Vegas, Nevada,  -  Jacqueline Cowan, b. August 9, 1943, Henderson, Nevada.  Eugene Cowan died on February 16, 1972 in Nevada.  On August 17, 1959, LuJean Cowan married Raymond Elwin Aiken.  On October 22, 1966, Jacqueline Cowan married Clay E. Peacock.  On September 12, 1928, George Meldrum married Ruth Cluff in Salt Lake City, Utah.  George Meldrum died on May 20, 1978 in Utah.  On October 1, 1927, Orton Meldrum married Dorothy Taylor in Provo, Utah.  Orton Meldrum died on June 22, 1975 in Utah.  On April 9, 1934, William Meldrum married Dorothea Jane Pratt in Salt Lake City, Utah.  William and Dorothea Meldrum were divorced on November 25, 1939.  On June 12, 1945, William Meldrum married a second time to Antonette Ohota in Chicago, Illinois.  William Meldrum died on May 16, 1957 in Illinois.  On August 28, 1933, Marvin Meldrum married Cartherine Lena Salisbury in Salt Lake City, Utah.  On September 26, 1975, Marvin Meldrum married a second time to Leah (Pyne) Rowley.

FLORENCE MELDRUM (1.8.6.7.4.2) is the daughter of Joseph B. Meldrum and Sonoma (Richmond) Meldrum.  Florence was born on December 6, 1892 in Provo, Utah.  On June 16, 1920, Florence Meldrum married Otto Leonard Anderson in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Otto was born on July 26, 1894 in Daniel, Utah and is the son of Axel Lauritz Theodor Anderson and Catharina (Pehrsson) Anderson.  Otto is a Doctor of Osteopathy.  Otto and Florence Anderson were the parents of four children:

Otto Anderson died on September 27, 1966 in Provo, Utah and Florence (Meldrum) Anderson died on December 20, 1973 in Payson, Utah.  Both were buried in the Richfield City Cemetery in Richfield, Utah.  On July 31, 1945, Richmond Anderson married Barbara Marie Stucki in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Barbara was born on October 3, 1924 in Salt Lake City, Utah and is the daughter of William Theophil Stucki and Lucy Marie (Sorensen) Stucki.  Richmond and Barbara Anderson have four children:  -  Nancy Lee Anderson, b. January 2, 1947, Salt Lake City, Utah,  -  Sharon Marie Anderson, b. December 4, 1949, San Jose, California,  -  Douglas William Anderson, b. October 7, 1964, Santa Monica, California.  On April 28, 1966, Nancy Anderson married Robert Charles Glazier.  Robert and Nancy Glazier were later divorced.  On June 5, 1970, Sharon Anderson married Gregory James Barlow.  On August 19, 1977, Douglas Anderson married Susan White.  On December 12, 1947, Helen Anderson married Laron Delos Hyde, Jr.  Laron and Helen Hyde were later divorced.  On March 4, 1949, Rex Anderson married Iris Spencer.  On March 26, 1966, Mary Anderson married Robert Henry Curnutt.
