COLEMAN ISAAC PROSISE (4.3.5) is the son of Isaac Elkin Prosise and Louise Charlotte (Bryan) Prosise.  Coleman Prosise was born on August 13, 1896 in Hill County, Texas.  On May 31, 1914, Coleman Prosise married Nettie Brunette Sorrell in Eden, Texas.  Nettie was born on April 10, 1896 on the Chickasha Indian Reservation in Oklahoma and is the daughter of John Pinkney Sorrell and Leta Louisa (Bauman) Sorrell.  Coleman and Nettie Prosise were the parents of five children:

  Isabella Prosise (4.3.5.2), b. December 21, 1916, Eden, Texas
  Clara Mae Prosise (4.3.5.3), b. April 27, 1918, Eden, Texas
  Arthur Eugene Prosise (4.3.5.4), b. March 24, 1920, Eden, Texas
  Paul Isaac Prosise (4.3.5.5), b. September 10, 1923, Eden, Texas

In 1920, Coleman and Nettie Prosise were living in Concho County, Texas.  Coleman Prosise was a farmer.  Coleman Prosise died at the age of twenty-eight on December 19, 1924 in the Brady, Texas Hosptial and was buried in Eden, Texas.  Nettie continued to farm and ranch with her brother, Damon Sorrell.  Nettie was an excellent seamstress.  Nettie moved to Eden and ran a small dress shop and later added a second dress shop in Eola, Texas.  She ran both dress shops for several years.

When Grandmother Sorrell needed someone to stay with her, Nettie sold the store in Eola and kept the one in Eden, Texas, operating it for several more years.  Later when Grandmother Sorrell became bedfast she had to give up selling dresses.  She took care of all her children when they were sick and when their babies arrived.  She was very generous, making jelly, preserves, cookies, cakes and sharing them with her family and friends.  On November 11, 1976, Nettie (Sorrell) Prosise married a second time to Bill Massey in the home of her son, Eugene and Clydia Prosise.  Nettie (Sorrell) Massey died January 18, 1977 in Eden, Texas and was buried in the Eden Cemetery.

RALPH JAMES PROSISE (4.3.5.1) is the son of Coleman Isaac Prosise and Nettie (Sorrell) Prosise.  Ralph was born July 1, 1914 in Eden, Texas.  On June 1, 1935, Ralph Prosise married Emma B. Hogan in San Angelo, Texas.  Emma was born on February 20, 1912 near London, Texas.  Emma is the daughter of Eddie H. Hogan and Mary Elizabeth (Hodges) Hogan.  Ralph Prosise served in the United States Army and then returned to Eden, Texas where he farmed and ranched.  Ralph and Emma Prosise were the parents of two children:

  William James Prosise (4.3.5.1.1), b. April 16, 1941, San Angelo, Texas
  Bernard Paul Prosise (4.3.5.1.2), b. October 10, 1946, San Angelo, Texas

Ralph and Emma Prosise were divorced on February 19, 1951.  Emma Prosise lives in Brownwood, Texas and is retired after working in Beall’s Department Store.  Ralph Prosise married a second time to Dorothy (Woodress) Simpson.  Ralph and Dorothy Prosise lived near San Antonio, Texas where they farmed, ranched and raised Registered Red Brahman and Zebu cattle.  Ralph died on August 9, 1980, four days before his brother, Eugene Prosise, died.

WILLIAM JAMES PROSISE (4.3.5.1.1) is the son of Ralph Prosise and Emma B. (Hogan) Prosise.  James was born on April 16, 1941 in San Angelo, Texas.  James graduated from high school in Brownwood, Texas and served four years in the United States Navy.  He attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas and moved to Austin, Texas where he worked part time at the State Capital and attended the University of Texas.  On September 20, 1963, William James Prosise married Donna Jean Lee in Brownwood, Texas.  Donna was born on May 7, 1943 in Medford, Oregon and is the daughter of William Eugene Lee and Jimmie Louise (Michaelis) Lee.  Donna attended North Texas State at Denton, Texas.  James and Donna Prosise are the parents of two children:

  Paige Leah Prosise, b. February 20, 1967, Austin, Texas
  Brent Lee Prosise, b. January 9, 1972, Austin, Texas

James has worked for I. B. M. for twenty years, as manager of distribution in Austin, Texas.  He moved to Round Rock, Texas where he raises quarter horses.  James and Donna were divorced on February 18, 1985.  On November 11, 1985, James Prosise married a second time to Suzanne Locke in Round Rock, Texas.  Suzanne was born on December 14, 1942 in Brownwood, Texas and is the daughter of Bruce M. Locke and Evelyn Mary (McDaniel) Locke.  Suzanne attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and works for 3M Company in Austin, Texas.  Paige Leah Prosise graduated from Round Rock, Texas high school and works in the Bureau of Vital Statistics for State Health Department.  Brent Prosise is attending Round Rock High School and plays golf.

BERNARD PAUL PROSISE (4.3.5.1.2) is the son of Ralph Prosise and Emma B. (Hogan) Prosise.  Bernard was born on October 10, 1946 in San Angelo, Texas.  On April 12, 1966, Bernard Prosise married Theresa June Plummer in Abilene, Texas.  Theresa was born on June 4, 1948 and is the daughter of Emory Witcher Plummer and Myrtle Mae (Paul) Plummer.  Bernard Prosise served one year in the Vietnam War.  After he returned from the service, Paul and and Theresa moved to Austin, Texas and bought a home there.  Theresa was manager of the University Co-op East Book Store for several years and now works as manager of ACC Book Store in Austin, Texas.  They moved to Round Rock, Texas where Bernard works for a construction company and is also a welder.  Bernard and Theresa Prosise are the parents of two sons:

  Ralph James Prosise, II, b. May 19, 1969, Killeen, Texas

Paul Prosise graduated from Round Rock, Texas high school and is now working part time and attending University of Texas in architecture.  James Prosise is attending high school in Round Rock, works part time and takes gymnastics in school.

ISABELLE LOUISE PROSISE (4.3.5.2) is the daughter of Coleman Isaac Prosise and Nettie (Sorrell) Prosise.  Isabelle was born on December 21, 1916 in Eden, Texas.  On November 16, 1933, Isabelle Prosise married Alvie Dee “Si” Hester in San Angelo, Texas.  Alvie was born on February 19, 1912 in Lohn, Texas and is the son of John Hester and Ophelia (Damron) Hester.  Alvie and Isabelle Hester are the parents of three children:

  Dora Madilyn Hester, b. December 23, 1935, Concho County, Texas
  Alvie Dee Hester, b. June 9, 1942, San Angelo, Texas
  Joni Marie Hester, b. March 2, 1944

Alvie was a farmer near Eola, Texas.  Isabelle was a homemaker and in later years was an artist and a LVN at Eden, Texas.  Alvie and Isabelle Hester also lived in San Angelo, Texas.  Isabelle (Prosise) Hester died in August of 1973 in Eden, Texas.  On May 11, 1974, Si Hester married a second time to Myrtle Rogers.  Dora “Boots” Hester married Dan Faggin and they lived in California.  They both raced cars.  She worked as a bookkeeper.  Dan and Boots Faggin were divorced.  On June 14, 1969, Boots married a second time to Bud Willner and they adopted a son, Scott Willner.  Bud and Boots Willner moved to Eden, Texas and ran the Dairy Mart for a few years.  In 1981, they moved to California.  As of 1986, they are living in Oakton, Virginia.

On May 7, 1961, Alvie Hester married Delores Crain in San Angelo, Texas.  They live on Si and Isabelle Hester’s home place between Eola and Eden, Texas.  Alvie farms, trucks and is now a deputy sheriff of Concho County, Texas.  Delores is a beautician, bookkeeper and now works for Dr. Trowbridge.  Alvie and Delores Hester have three children:  -  Pete Hester, b. San Angelo, Texas,  -  Mark Hester, b. San Angelo, Texas,  -  Jimmie Hester, b. December 1, 1964, San Angelo, Texas.  In August of 1982, Pete Hester married Kelly King of Fort Stockton, Texas.  In 1984, Mark Hester married Connie Burk in Sweetwater, Texas.  Jimmy Hester is living at home.

On July 12, 1961, Joni Marie Hester married Dorman Hight in Eola, Texas.  They moved to Fort Stockton, Texas where he worked with Goodyear and she worked in the school cafeteria.  They moved back to Eola, Texas and ran a grocery store.  Dorman worked for the tire test section at Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo, Texas.  As of 1984, Dorman works for Bowman Lumber Company.  Dorman and Joni Marie Hight have two children:  -  Archie Hight,  -  Melissa Hight.  On April 10, 1982, Archie Hight married Channell Phair.  Archie works for Angelo Tractor Company in San Angelo, Texas.  Chan works at a hospital.  Archie and Chan Hight have one daughter:  -  Chanda Dene Hight, b. October 22, 1984, San Angelo, Texas.  In 1983, Melissa Hight married Gary Fischer and lives in Melvin, Texas.  Gary and Melissa Fischer have one daughter:  -  Stacy Nicole Fischer, b. January 20, 1986, San Angelo, Texas.

CLARA MAE PROSISE (4.3.5.3) is daughter of Coleman Isaac Prosise and Nettie (Sorrell) Prosise.  Clara was born on April 27, 1918 near Eden, Texas.  On December 18, 1932, Clara Mae Prosise married Edgar Thomas Erwin at Mason, Texas.  Edgar was born on November 1, 1915 at Menard, Texas and is the son of Floyd Thomas Erwin and Lela Mae (Andrew) Erwin.  They live on the Nettie Prosise place near Paint Rock, Texas where they farm and ranch.  They raised eight thousand baby chickens a year for laying purposes and sold eggs to hatcheries.  They gathered eggs at 8 o’clock and 4 o’clock daily.  They now only farm and ranch.  Edgar and Clara Erwin are the parents of five children:

JEWEL LOUISE ERWIN (4.3.5.3.1) is the daughter of Edgar Thomas Erwin and Clara Mae (Prosise) Erwin.  Jewel was born on August 26, 1933 near Menard, Texas.  On April 23, 1950, Jewel Louise Erwin married Dale Malechek (born February 27, 1930).  Dale graduated from Texas A. & M. in Animal Husbandry.  Dale managed a ranch in North Dakota for three years and then moved to Minnesota for a year.  He then moved to Boerne, Texas where he worked with registered Hereford show cattle.  In 1960, they moved to Stonewall, Texas where Dale was manager of the LBJ ranch (President Johnson’s) for twenty years.  Jewel worked as secretary for President Johnson from 1969 to 1973.  They have lived on the LBJ ranch since 1960 and have a life estate in their house there.  She works for Mrs. Johnson as needed and for the National Park Service in Stonewall, Texas.  Dale and Jewel Malechek are the parents of four children:

On June 14, 1975, Claire Malechek married Billy Pahl.  Billy is a principal of Saint Marys school in Fredericksburg, Texas.  Claire is a waitress at Auslander Resturant in Fredericksburg, Texas.  Billy and Claire Pahl have three children:  -  Kelly Jeanette Pahl, b. February 25, 1977,  -  Julia Ann Pahl, b. August 1, 1978,  -  Thomas Daniel Pahl, b. January 27, 1982.  On April 25, 1981, Kevin Malechek married Sharon Kay Chatelain (born August 1, 1956).  Both are graduates of Texas A. & M. and both work in the Fort Worth and Dallas metroplex.  Sharon Malechek is an engineer for Motorola and Ken is a real estate appraiser for the Corps of Engineers in Fort Worth, Texas.  As of 1986, they have no children.

In May of 1980, Lyle Malechek graduated from Texas A. & M. University.  On November 7, 1981, Lyle Malechek married Melissa Gayle Porter (born April 9, 1959).  “Missy” graduated from Texas A. & M. University in May of 1981.  Both received Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Economics.  They live in Spring, Texas.  Lyle is employed by Texas Western Beef, Inc., a wholesale surveyor and exporter of meat.  Missy is the office manager of Skyline Construction, Inc., Houston, Texas branch.  As of 1985, they have no children.  Alisa Malechek is attending the University of Texas of Austin and is working on a degree in Business.

CLARA LENETTIE ERWIN (4.3.5.3.2) is the daughter of Edgar Thomas Erwin and Clara Mae (Prosise) Erwin.  Lenettie was born on March 29, 1935 in Concho County, Texas.  Lenettie graduated from Eola High School and attended San Angelo University.  On February 26, 1952, Lenettie Erwin married Curtis Junior Wixon (born July 5, 1925) and they lived in San Angelo, Texas.  Curtis and Lenettie Wixon are the parents of two children:

  Jennifer Lucille Wixon, b. December 5, 1953, San Angelo, Texas
  Christopher James Wixon, b. August 21, 1956, San Angelo, Texas

Curtis and Lenettie Wixon were divorced in 1956.  On March 3, 1962, Lenettie married a second time to James Phillip Franklin (born January 12, 1934).  Jim attended Texas Tech University at Lubbock, Texas and was in the United States Army for four years.  He is district manager for Superior Supply in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Lenettie is assistant regulations manager for the Acme Truck Line, Inc. in Harvey, Louisiana.  James and Lenettie Franklin are the parents of one daughter:

Jim James adopted Jennifer Wixon and Christopher Wixon in 1973 and their names were changed to Jennifer Franklin and Christopher Franklin.  Jim and Lenettie have lived in San Angelo, Texas and Dallas, Texas, Harvey, Louisiana and now live in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Jennifer Franklin graduated from San Angelo High School and attended San Angelo University in Texas.  In 1973, Jennifer Franklin married Peter Hines Schultz (born July 28, 1951) in San Angelo, Texas.  Pete is a banker in San Angelo, Texas.  Pete and Jennifer Schultz have three children:  -  Brandon James Schultz (twin), b. September 18, 1979, San Angelo, Texas,  -  Lance Edward Schultz (twin), b. September 18, 1979, San Angelo, Texas,  -  Kristiana Schultz, b. July 12, 1980, San Angelo, Texas.  Pete and Jennifer were divorced in 1982 and Jennifer lives in Waxahachie, Texas.  Jennifer is in insurance sales with Farm Bureau.  Jennifer married a second time to David Fulton Largent (born February 10, 1947) who is a banker.

Chris Franklin graduated from Garland High School in Garland, Texas.  He attended Richland Junior College in 1976 and graduated in 1979 from Natchitoches Jewelry School in Natchitoches, Louisiana.  He is now a Custom Jeweler in Dallas, Texas.  He is single and lives in Richardson, Texas.  Angela Reene Franklin graduated from O’Perry Walker High School in New Orleans, Louisiana as a honor student.  Angela is attending Southeastern University in Hammond, Louisiana.

EDGAR EUGENE ERWIN (4.3.5.3.3) is the son of Edgar Thomas Erwin and Clara Mae (Prosise) Erwin.  Eugene was born April 27, 1938 in Eden, Texas.  Eugene graduated from Eola High School in 1957 and attended Angelo State University.  On May 16, 1959, Edgar Eugene Erwin married Judy Juanita James in San Angelo, Texas.  Judy was born March 13, 1938 in Santa Anna, Texas and is the daughter of Woodrow Wilson James and Juanita (Snow) James.  Judy attended Angelo State University at San Angelo, Texas.  Eugene Erwin is the general manager of Donkworth Packing Company of Ballinger, Texas.  Judy is a secretary for a firm in San Angelo, Texas.  Eugene and Judy Erwin are the parents of two sons:

  Eric Brandon Erwin, b. February 6, 1967, San Angelo, Texas

On June 17, 1982, Brent Erwin married Ronda Rene Seba in San Angelo, Texas and they have one son:  -  Christopher Chad Erwin, b. August 26, 1983, San Angelo, Texas.  They currently live in Brady, Texas where Tod is a brick mason and Rhoda is a waitress and clerk.  Eric Brandon Erwin is a senior at Lakeview High School in San Angelo, Texas.

RICKY COLEMAN ERWIN (4.3.5.3.4) is the son of Edgar Thomas Erwin and Clara Mae (Prosise) Erwin.  Ricky was born on December 24, 1948 in San Angelo, Texas.  Ricky graduated from Eola High School, attended Angelo State University and graduated from Texas A. & M. Veterinary School in 1972.  In March of 1968, Ricky Erwin married Sandra Clair Abernathy and they are the parents of one child:

  Chey Nicole Erwin, b. April 7, 1970

After graduation, they moved to Miami, Florida where Ricky worked for the Hialeah Race Track as a veterinarian for one year.  On August 2, 1974, Ricky married a second time to Janet Lee McLain (born August 1, 1953) at the beautiful Hialeah Race Track.  Janet is the daughter of William L. McLain and Elizabeth McLain.  Ricky and Janet Erwin are the parents of three children:

  Cara Lynn Erwin, b. October 24, 1977
  Cole Thomas Erwin, b. September 23, 1980
  Kali Ann Erwin, b. August 16, 1983

Chey Erwin lives with Ricky and Janet Erwin.  Since 1977, Ricky and Janet Erwin have been in Belleview, Florida where Ricky built the Camelot Animal Hospital.  In January of 1986, Ricky and Janet bought a new home, Mako’s Breezy Oaks Farms on the Lake Weir water frontage in Ocala, Florida.

SHERRY ANN ERWIN (4.3.5.3.5) is the daughter of Edgar Thomas Erwin and Clara Mae (Prosise) Erwin.  Sherry Ann was born on September 23, 1953 in San Angelo, Texas.  Sherry Ann graduated from Eola, Texas High School.  She attended Angelo State University, majoring in accounting.  In January of 1973, Sherry Ann Erwin married Jim Lathan.  Jim and Sherry Ann Lathan were later divorced.  In May 1977, Sherry Ann married a second time to William Dean Tiftickijan who was attending Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.  Bill and Sherry Ann Tiftickijan are the parents of two children:

  Shakeah Annette Tiftickijan, b. June 12, 1978, San Angelo, Texas
  William Dean Tiftickijan, II, b. March 7, 1981, San Angelo, Texas

William Dean Tiftickijan, Sr. is an engineer with Ethicon in San Angelo, Texas.  Bill and Sherry Tiftickijan were divorced in 1984.  Sherry and her children live between Eola and Eden, near her parents Edgar and Clara Mae Erwin.  Sherry is the Administrative Manager of Cactus Oil Company, Cactus Oil Distributing, Inc. and the Party Barn in San Angelo, Texas.

ARTHUR EUGENE PROSISE (4.3.5.4) is the son of Coleman Isaac Prosise and Nettie (Sorrell) Prosise.  Eugene was born on March 24, 1920 in Eden, Texas.  Eugene served four years with the United States Marines.  Eugene Prosise was a farmer.  On March 14, 1947, Eugene Prosise married Clydia (Johnson) Jones in San Angelo, Texas.  Clydia was born June 28, 1923 in Moody, Texas and is the daughter of Jeff Perry Johnson and Una Lovella Mae (Carberry) Johnson.  Clydia was teaching school when she married Eugene.  Clydia worked for civil service for over twenty years.  Eugene and Clydia Prosise were the parents of four children:

  Rhonda Fay Prosise, b. April 24, 1945, San Angelo, Texas

Rita Kay and Ronda Fay were adopted by Eugene Prosise.  Eugene Prosise died on August 13, 1980 and was buried in the Mullen cemetery near Veribest, Texas.  In August of 1961, Rhonda Fay Prosise married Aris Gene Edwards in Veribest, Texas.  Aris farms at Veribest and Eola, Texas.  Aris and Rhonda Edwards have one daughter:  -  Leslie Jeff Edwards.  Aris and Rhonda Edwards were divorced.  In July of 1978, Rhonda married a second time to LeRoy Peterson.  On May 30, 1981, Leslie Edwards married Enola Braddock in San Angelo, Texas.  Leslie worked as a bookkeeper for Schuch Motor Company while attending college at Angelo State University.  Leslie graduated from the University and now works full time at General Telephone.

On June 16, 1967, Reba May Prosise married Gregory Phinney in the San Angelo Church of Christ.  Gregory and Reba May Phinney both attended Angelo State University and Sul Ross State University.  Gregory is a farmer and Reba May worked for Fields, Stewart and Dolliver Insurance Company and now works for a Savings and Loan in San Angelo, Texas.  Gregory and Reba May Phinney have two children:  -  Kenneth Cole Phinney, b. February 10, 1971,  -  Kimberly Lou Phinney, b. February 3, 1978.

On February 22, 1974, Ragena Day Prosise married Howard Burr in Dallas, Texas.  Howard and Ragena were divorced in February, 1980.  Ragena attended the Dallas Fashion Merchandising College, worked for Singers, managed an apartment and was assistant manager of Litex Ceiling Fan Company in Arlington, Texas.  Ragena was a flight attendant for Braniff Air Lines for over ten years and then for Piedmont Airlines in Washington, D. C.  In March of 1984, she returned to work for Braniff Air Lines.

RITA KAY PROSISE (4.3.5.4.1) is the daughter of Arthur Eugene Prosise and Cydia (Johnson) Prosise.  Rita was born on December 16, 1943 in Odessa, Texas.  In February of 1961, Rita Prosise married Charles LeRoy Sonnenberg.  Charles and Rita Sonnenberg were the parents of two children:

Charles Sonnenberg was a banker and programmer.  They lived in Midland, Texas.  Charles and Rita Sonnenberg were divorced.  On November 12, 1983, Rita Kay married a second time to Jim Bradshaw in Midland, Texas.  Jim is a Baptist Youth Director and Rita works for an insurance company.  On August 24, 1982, Chuck Sonnenberg married Oneita Carlisle in Midland, Texas.  Both worked for Reynolds Brothers Printing Company in Midland, Texas.  Chuck and Oneita were divorced in 1984.  In August of 1985, Chuck Sonnenberg married a second time to Shannon Barnard.  Carla Lovella Sonnenberg works with Texas Instruments in Midland, Texas.  Carla married and they had one daughter:  -  Melissa Kay, b. PAUL ISAAC PROSISE (4.3.5.5) is the son of Coleman Isaac Prosise and Nettie (Sorrell) Prosise.  Paul was born on September 10, 1923 in Eden, Texas.  Paul served in the United States Marines.  Paul Prosise married Laverne Whittle.  Paul and Laverne lived in Fort Worth, Texas and later Houston, Texas.  Paul and Laverne Prosise were the parents of two children:

  Paul Barron Prosise, b. July 7, 1952
  Cindy Vanice Prosise, b. August 16, 1954

Paul and Laverne were divorced in 1958.  Paul Isaac Prosise moved to Rosenberg, Texas.  On March 2, 1974, Paul Isaac Prosise married a second time to Alice (Lubojacky) Feldhoff.  Alice was previously married and had four children:  -  Sandra Elaine Feldhoff (born July, 1952),  -  Judy Lynn Feldhoff (born February, 1954),  -  Jo Ann Feldhoff (born January, 1955),  -  David Feldhoff (born September, 1964).  Alice worked for many years as the business manager for a car dealer in Rosenberg, Texas.  Paul and Alice later lived near Eola, Texas.  Paul is a retired brick mason.  Paul and Alice have built a house for themselves near Eola, Texas and helped Edgar and Clara Erwin remodel their home in August of 1984.  They later moved to San Angelo, Texas where Paul is retired due to ill health and Alice works for the county appraisal office.  Paul Barron Prosise married Carol Swearingen and they had no children.  Paul and Carol were divorced after eight years of marriage.  Paul lives in Beasley, Texas where he is a heavy equipment operator.  Cindy Prosise married Robert Brown and they have one son:  -  Steven Brown.  Robert Brown works for the State of Texas and Cindy works for an attorney in Austin, Texas.

JOEL WILLIAM PROSISE (4.3.6) is the son of Isaac Elkin Prosise and Louise Charlotte (Bryan) Prosise.  Joe was born on November 4, 1898 in Coleman County, Texas.  On January 23, 1921, Joe Prosise married Nora Brightwell (born March 1, 1898).  Joe and Nora Prosise were the parents of one son:

Nora (Brightwell) Prosise died on February 16, 1924.  On February 26, 1925, Joe Prosise married a second time to Vera Ida Trott in Menard, Texas.  Vera was born on October 18, 1897 in Stacy, Texas and is the daughter of George Ernest Trott and Ellen (Snodgrass) Trott.  Joe and Vera Prosise were the parents of five children:

Joe and Vera Prosise lived in Eden, Texas.  Joe Prosise died on December 15, 1976 in Eden, Texas and was buried there.  Joe and Vera Prosise’s daughter that was born on January 18, 1931 died the same day that she was born.  Joan Prosise lives with her mother in Eden, Texas and is not married.

J. D. PROSISE (4.3.6.1) is the son of Joel William Prosise and Nora (Brightwell) Prosise.  J. D. was born on February 12, 1924 in Eden, Texas.  J. D. and his wife, Marcelle, were the parents of five children:

In 1960, J. D. and Marcelle Prosise were divorced.  On January 10, 1976, J. D. Prosise married a second time to Loma Chandler.  J. D. Prosise died on February 17, 1977 in Brady, Texas and was buried in the Resthaven Cemetery.  Loma (Chandler) Prosise died in 1983.

Carlotta Prosise died as an infant on August 31, 1948.  Nancy Prosise died the same day that she was born on August 2, 1949.  Claudetta Prosise married Robbie Turk and they had two children.  Claudetta married a second time to a Mr. Rodgers and they have one child.  J. D. Prosise, Jr. married.  Billy Prosise married and has two children.

EARL PROSISE (4.3.6.2) is the son of Joel William Prosise and Vera Ida (Trott) Prosise.  Earl was born on October 27, 1925 in Eden, Texas.  On November 19, 1943, Earl Prosise married Neva June Kimbrell (born August 23, 1929) in Eden, Texas.  Earl and June Prosise are the parents of three children:

July 18, 1978, Bastrop, Texas.  Jo De and Vicki Prosise were divorced in 1983.  On June 9, 1984, Jo De Prosise married a second time in Bastrop, Texas to Kellye Green (born January 23, 1961 in Weimar, Texas).

In 1968, Cherly “Chere” Prosise married David Roy in Odessa, Texas.  David and Chere Roy have two children:  -  Robbie Lynn Roy, b. June 14, 1968, Odessa, Texas,  -  William David Roy, b. November 11, 1971, Odessa, Texas.  David and Chere Roy were divorced in 1978.  On June 8, 1979, Chere married a second time to David Hightower (born August, 1944).

PATSY LOU PROSISE (4.3.6.3) is the daughter of Joel William Prosise and Vera Ida (Trott) Prosise.  Patsy was born on October 30, 1929 in Paint Rock, Texas.  On August 30, 1947, Patsy Prosise married Henry Mach (born August 31, 1921) in Eden, Texas.  Henry and Patsy Mach are the parents of four children:
