GEORGE WASHINGTON BRYAN (2.1.2.3) is the son of William Shelby Bryan and Margaret Ann (Campbell) Bryan.  George was born on May 22, 1851 in Davidson County, Tennessee.  On September 6, 1878, George Bryan married Eliza Ann Thomas in Illinois.  Eliza was born on February 21, 1862 in Kentucky and is the daughter of William Ulysses Thomas and Sarah Elizabeth (Snow) Thomas.  George and Eliza Bryan were the parents of nine children:

In 1880, George and Eliza Bryan were living in Graves County, Kentucky.  From 1900 to 1920, George and Eliza Bryan were living in Hickman County, Kentucky.  Eliza (Thomas) Bryan died on July 3, 1931 in Graves County, Kentucky and George Bryan died on March 14, 1937 in Graves County, Kentucky.  Both were buried there in the Wingo Cemetery.  In 1929, Arthur Bryan married Ruth Cook in Graves County, Kentucky.  Arthur Bryan died on June 25, 1965 in Memphis, Tennessee.

In November of 1906, John Bryan married Valley Ford (born 1889) and they had four children:  -  Ollie Bryan,  -  Hollis “Hop” Bryan,  -  Wallace Bryan,  -  Woodrow Bryan.  John T. Bryan died on February 27, 1971 in Hickman County, Kentucky and Valley (Ford) Bryan died in 1977.  Ollie Bryan married Inez Via.  Ollie Bryan married a second time to Nancy Bowen.  Hollis Bryan never married.  Wallace Bryan married Goldie Wilson.  Woodrow Bryan married Virginia Bugg.

In December of 1918, Fairy Bryan married Ada Barclay and they had two children:  -  Dorothy Bryan,  -  William “Billy” Bryan.  Fairy Bryan died on August 31, 1958 in Clinton, Illinois and Ada (Barclay) Bryan died in 1975.  Walter Bryan married Nell Adkins Bailey (born 1887) and they had one daughter:  -  Fannie Lee Bryan.  Nell (Bailey) Bryan died in 1928 and Walter Bryan died on January 5, 1959 in Graves County, Kentucky.  Fannie Bryan married John Campbell.

In December of 1917, William Bryan married Cleavy E. Bannister (born 1892) and they had two children:  -  James Bryan,  -  Brownie Bryan.  William Bryan died on February 5, 1975 in Clinton, Illinois and Cleavy (Bannister) Bryan died in 1976.  James Bryan married a woman whose name is Edith.  Brownie Bryan married Herman Powers.  On April 22, 1917, Esther Bryan married Wes Watts in Hickman County, Kentucky.  Wes Watts died in 1978 and Esther (Bryan) died on December 10, 1981 in Hickman County, Kentucky.  Esther died on December 10, 1981 in Hickman County, Kentucky.  Curtis Watts never married.  Matthew Jerome Watts.  Matthew Watts died at the age of two years.

LEE ONIE BRYAN (2.1.2.3.2) is the daughter of George Washington Bryan and Eliza Ann (Thomas) Bryan.  Lee was born on April 30, 1881 in Graves County, Kentucky.  In 1902, Lee Bryan married Bob Via (born 1882) in Fulton, Tennessee.  Bob and Lee Via were the parents of seven children:

AUZIE RICHMOND BRYAN (2.1.2.3.9) is the son of George Washington Bryan and Eliza Ann (Thomas) Bryan.  Auzie was born on August 31, 1901 in Hickman County, Kentucky.  On December 22, 1922, Auzie Bryan married Donnie Lee Owen in Graves County, Kentucky.  Donnie was born in 1904 in Graves County, Kentucky and is the daughter of Alfred Foster Owen and Mary Edna (Mason) Owen.  Auzie and Donnie Bryan were the parents of two children:

July 16, 1970.  On March 4, 1988, Bryan Skaggs married Cecelia Carol Thomas.  On September 5, 1989, Davita Skaggs married Darrell Lewis.

RICHARD EDMOND BRYAN (2.1.2.3.9.1) is the son of Auzie Richmond Bryan and Donnie Lee (Owen) Bryan.  Richard was born on December 15, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan.  On June 26, 1948, Richard Bryan married Marjorie Eva Rittner in Detroit, Michigan.  Margorie was born on December 2, 1926 in Detroit, Michigan and is the daughter of Frederick Rittner and Sarah E. (Peet) Rittner.  Richard and Marjorie Bryan are the parents of five children:

ALICE MARGARET OLLIE BRYAN (2.1.2.4) is the daughter of William Shelby Bryan and Margaret Ann (Campbell) Bryan.  Alice was born on February 12, 1855 in Mayfield, Kentucky.  On October 31, 1872, Alice Bryan married Frank J. Colly in Graves County, Kentucky.  Frank was born in 1849 in Tennessee.  In 1880, Frank and Alice Colly were living in Graves County, Kentucky.  In 1880, Alice’s sister, Julia Bryan, was living with Frank and Alice Colly.  Frank and Alice Colly were the parents of at least four children:

  Virgia A. Colly, b. 1878, Kentucky
  Othree Colly, b. 1879, Kentucky
  Ervin Colly, b. October, 1880, Kentucky
  John Thomas Colly, b. 1882

Alice (Bryan) Colly died in 1939 in Lamar County, Texas.  John Colly died in 1978 in Graves County, Kentucky.

SARAH ELIZA BRYAN (2.1.2.5) is the daughter of William Shelby Bryan and Margaret Ann (Campbell) Bryan.  Sarah was born on February 2, 1857 in Graves County, Kentucky.  On October 19, 1875, Sarah Bryan married Tom H. Watson in Graves County, Kentucky.  Tom was born in 1858 in Kentucky.  In 1880, Tom and Sarah Watson were living in Graves County, Kentucky.  In 1880, Sarah’s sister, Julia Bryan, was living with Tom and Sarah Watson.  Also living with them was Thomas Goheen who later married Sarah’s sister, Virginia Bryan.  Tom and Sarah Watson were the parents of at least two children:

  Sarah A. Watson, b. 1878, Kentucky
  Edgar C. Watson, b. 1879, Kentucky

Sarah (Bryan) Watson died on August 16, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

JULIA ANN S. BRYAN (2.1.2.7) is the daughter of William Shelby Bryan and Margaret Ann (Campbell) Bryan.  Julia was born on July 16, 1864 in Graves County, Kentucky.  In 1880, Julia Bryan was living with her sister, Alice (Bryan) Colly, in Graves County, Kentucky.  In 1882, Julia Bryan married Thomas Eldridge Goheen in Texas.  Thomas was born on September 14, 1863 in Birmingham, Kentucky and is the son of William T. Goheen and Hulda C. (Edwards) Goheen.  Thomas and Julia Goheen were the parents of five children:

  Willie Leaford Goheen (2.1.2.7.2), b. July 20, 1886, Gainesville, Texas

In 1900, Thomas and Julia Goheen were living in Lamar County, Texas.  Julia (Bryan) Goheen died in 1906 in Texas.  Thomas Goheen married a second time to Anna (Boyett) Cheadle and they had one son:  Alton Thomas Goheen (born October 7, 1910, Rattan, Oklahoma).  Thomas E. Goheen died on February 3, 1942 in Cloudy, Oklahoma and was buried in the Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.  Alton died on November 17, 1989 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

HERMAN GOHEEN (2.1.2.7.1) is the son of Thomas Eldridge Goheen and Julia Ann S. (Bryan) Goheen.  Herman was born on December 12, 1882 in Texas.  On January 23, 1916, Herman Goheen married Ethel Mildred Byrd in Spencerville, Oklahoma.  Ethel was born on March 21, 1898 in Texas and is the daughter of Sam Elem Byrd.  Herman and Ethel Goheen were the parents of two children:

  Raymond Clinton Goheen, b. November 26, 1920, Belzoni, Oklahoma
  Bessie Mae Goheen, b. December 6, 1922, Belzoni, Oklahoma

Herman Goheen died on July 18, 1960 in Antlers, Oklahoma and was buried Rattan Cemetery in Ratton, Oklahoma.  Ethel (Byrd) Goheen died on January 25, 1980 in Porterville, California and was buried in Exeter, California.  On October 10, 1949, Raymond Goheen married Bessie Mae Thurman in Van Bruen, Arkansas.  Bessie was born on November 4, 1930 in Ratton, Oklahoma and is the daughter of Willis Thurman.  Raymond and Bessie Goheen had one son:  -  Clinton Ray Goheen, b. March 5, 1973, Visalia, California, d. March 6, 1973, Fresno, California.  Raymond Goheen served in World War II.  Raymond Goheen died on August 2, 1974 in Exeter, California and was buried in the Ratton Cemetery in Ratton, Oklahoma.  Clinton Goheen was buried in the Ratton Cemetery in Ratton, Oklahoma.

On July 9, 1947, Bessie Goheen married Homer C. Bradley in Stigler, Oklahoma.  Homer was born on June 11, 1922 in Belzoni, Oklahoma and is the son of John W. “Buster” Bradley.  Homer and Bessie Bradley have two children:  -  Wayne Lee Bradley, b. April 26, 1949, Exeter, California,  -  Ella Jean Bradley, b. September 23, 1954, Exeter, California.  On September 15, 1973, Wayne Bradley married Lynda B. Baxter in Fresno, California.  Lynda was born on December 1, 1952 in Salem, Massachusetts and is the daughter of Dr. Norman Allen Baxter.  Wayne and Lynda Bradley had two children:  -  Lauren Elizabeth Bradley, b. September 8, 1980, Yuba City, California,  -  Kyle Allen Bradley, b. August 9, 1984, Mildenhall, England.  Wayne was a pilot and served in the United States Air Force for twelve years.  Lynda is a special education teacher.  On August 31, 1974, Ella Bradley married Gene Clay Gilliland in Exeter, California.  Gene was born on November 17, 1952 in Kansas and is the son of Harold Gilliland.  Gene is a minister in the Church of Christ.  Gene and Ella have lived in Tennessee, Kansas, California and Kentucky.  Gene and Ella Gilliland have three children:  -  Bradley Clay Gilliland, b. Willie Goheen was a farmer.  Willie Goheen died on April 20, 1972 in Prosser, Washington and was buried there in the East Prosser Cemetery.  Lizzie (Morris) Goheen died in Prosser, Washington.  On September 18, 1934, Gladys Goheen married Elmer Pitcock in Oklahoma.  Elmer and Gladys Pitcock have three children:  -  Aline Pitcock, b. August 21, 1935, Oklahoma,  -  Eugene Pitcock, b. June 26, 1941, Oklahoma,  -  Leon Pitcock, b. November 30, 1944, Oregon.  Elmer Pitcock died in Ceres, California and was buried there.  Irene Goheen never married and died on July 14, 1939 in Oleta, Oklahoma.  On May 24, 1941, Paul Goheen married Opal Lavada Buchanan.  Opal was born on October 2, 1923 in Spencerville, Oklahoma and is the daughter of James Walter Buchanan.  Paul and Opal Goheen have three children:  -  Carolyn Jean Goheen, b. On February 23, 1946, Clifford Goheen married Nadine Deaton in Hugo, Oklahoma.  Clifford and Nadine Goheen have three children:  -  Donna Lee Goheen, b. November 25, 1946, Richmond, California,  -  Micheal Ray Goheen, b. December 13, 1950, Richmond, California,  -  Bobby Lynn Goheen, b. December 17, 1954, Prosser, Washington.  Clifford Goheen is a welder.  Nadine (Deaton) Goheen died in 1993 in Prosser, Washington and was buried there.  On August 27, 1966, Donna Goheen married William Wascher and they have one son and one daughter.  On August 30, 1980, Micheal Goheen married Janelle Wright and they have one daughter.  On October 16, 1986, Bobby Goheen married Doreen Stubbs and they have one son.

(Bryan) Goheen.  Lou was born on August 31, 1888 in Sherman, Texas.  On December 23, 1906, Lou Goheen married Thomas Claud Stone.  Thomas was born on June 26, 1888 and is the son of John Stone and Mary (Kitchens) Stone.  Thomas and Lou Stone were the parents of four children:

Thomas Stone served in the United States Army during World War I and died in Gievies, France.  Thomas Stone was buried in Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, District of Columbia.  Lou (Goheen) Stone died on December 29, 1980 in Levelland, Texas and was buried there.  On November 19, 1922, Pearlie Stone married Grant Charles Chandler.  Grant and Pearlie have four children:  -  Charles Chandler,  -  Odell Chandler,  -  Rhodus Chandler,  -  Derwood Chandler.  On January 7, 1924, Florence Stone married Henry Seigle Tabor in McAlister, Oklahoma.  Henry and Florence Tabor have four children:  -  Earl Tabor,  -  Dorothy Tabor,  -  Carl Tabor,  -  James Tabor.  On February 7, 1958, Florence married a second time to Henry John Pence in Eastland County, Texas.  Florence (Stone) Pence died on December 26, 1977 in Eastland County, Texas and was buried there.  Oscar Stone married Lela Webb.  Oscar married a second time to a woman named Kathrine.  Oscar married a third time to Elva Kelly.  Oscar Stone is the father of two children:  -  Clinton Stone,  -  Elaine Stone.  Juanita Stone married A. J. Redden.  Juanita married a second time to Rocky Stone.  Juanita married a third time to Epp Norton.  On June 27, 1983, Juanita married a fourth time to R. B. Gray.  Juanita has four children:  Nany Mae, Leona Joyce, Shirley Wayne and William Jonny.

CLAUDE EVERETT GOHEEN (2.1.2.7.4) is the son of Thomas Eldridge Goheen and Julia Ann S. (Bryan) Goheen.  Claude was born on July 25, 1891 in Grayson County, Texas.  Claude Goheen married Clara Harper (born May 2, 1893).  Claude and Clara Goheen were the parents of seven children:

Claude Goheen was a log hauler.  Clara (Harper) Goheen died on September 11, 1956 near Maryville, California and Claude Goheen died on May 28, 1982 in Antlers, Oklahoma.  Both were buried in the Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.  Around 1933, Eva Goheen married William Thurman in Arkansas.  William is the son of Ellworth Thurman and Hattie Marinda (Brents) Thurman.  William Thurman was a farmer.  William and Eva Thurman had three children:  -  Wilburn Thurman, b. Rattan, Oklahoma,  -  Marvin Thurman, b. Rattan, Oklahoma,  -  Estelle Thurman, b. Rattan, Oklahoma.  Eva (Goheen) Thurman died on January 24, 1938 in Cloudy, Oklahoma and was buried in the Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.  William Thurman married a second time to Nobie McGuire.  William Thurman has died and was buried in the Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.

On December 24, 1936, Eldridge “Bud” Goheen married Hazel Benson in Antlers, Oklahoma.  Bud and Hazel Goheen had three children:  -  Donald Goheen, b. Oklahoma, d. February 8, 1979,  -  Kathern Goheen,  -  Pattie Goheen.  Bud was a cattle man and farmer.  Eldrige “Bud” Goheen died on December 21, 1992 in Antlers, Oklahoma and was buried in the Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.  On September 25, 1947, Dora Goheen married John Self in Paris, Texas.  John was born on September 16, 1921 in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma.  John Self was a lumberman.  John and Dora Self had two children:  -  Clinton Self,  -  Clifton Self.  John Self died on October 26, 1985 in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma and was buried in the Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.  On August 21, 1968, Lewis Goheen married Mary Jo Pinnell and they had no children.  Lewis Goheen was a truck drive and Sheriff.  On July 26, 1948, Ada Goheen married Chester Butler.  Chester and Ada Butler had two children:  -  Ricky Butler,  -  Tommi Ray Butler (daughter).  Chester Butler was a saw mill worker.  Chester Butler died on July 2, 1991 near Marysville, California.  On June 6, 1953, Lois Goheen married J. D. England in Dallas, Texas and they had one daughter (adopted):  Lana Claudine England.  J. D. was a law enforcement officer and cattleman.  J. D. England died on September 30, 1993 near Dallas, Texas.  Mildred Goheen never married.

ERNEST GOHEEN (2.1.2.7.5) is the son of Thomas Eldridge Goheen and Julia Ann S. (Bryan) Goheen.  Ernest was born on August 5, 1895 in Paducah, Kentucky.  On October 5, 1919, Ernest Goheen married Maggie E. Goodwin in Dale, Oklahoma.  Maggie was born on May 27, 1900 in Russellville, Arkansas and is the daughter of Charles Goodwin and Mary (Martin) Goodwin.  Ernest and Maggie Goheen were the parents of ten children:

Maggie (Goodwin) Goheen died on May 29, 1967 in Lubbock, Texas and Ernest Goheen died on December 4, 1988 in Littlefield, Texas.  Both were buried in Anton, Texas.  On February 16, 1941, Ollie Goheen married Otis Ray “Bill” Swanson in Anton, Texas.  Ollie (Goheen) Swanson died on April 14, 1986 in Tulia, Texas and was buried in Anton, Texas.  On April 20, 1949, Eugene Goheen married Dora Elizabeth Coleman in Lubbock, Texas.  Eugene Goheen died on July 11, 1969 in Abernathy, Texas and was buried there.  On June 13, 1948, Thomas Goheen married Marie Robertson in Lubbock, Texas.  On September 10, 1947, Vernie Goheen married Odell Martin in Alameda, California.  Vernie married a second time to Jodie Jameson.  In 1980, Owen Goheen married a woman whose name was Mary Ann in Odessa, Texas.  In December of 1951, Clarence Goheen married Zona Wilson in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  Clarence married a second time to Faye Cook.  Leslie Goheen married Laura Taylor in Littlefield, Texas.  Leslie married a second time to a woman named Irene.  On March 23, 1957, Wesley Goheen married Louelle Lewis in Eastland, Texas.  Janell Goheen married Rall Priest.  Janell married a second time to Bill Hollars.  Jerry Goheen married Twilla Pickrell.  Jerry married a second time to Brenda Schrier.

WASHINGTON CARROLL BRYAN (2.1.3) is the son of Willam Park Bryan and Olivia Eliose (Bateman) Bryan.  Washington was born on January 15, 1824 in Williamson County, Tennessee.  In 1846, Washington Bryan left Tennessee and landed in Galveston, Texas.  In 1847, Washington Bryan moved to Gonzales, Texas and later to the Keechi Creek Community in Falls County, Texas.  On January 9, 1859, Washington Bryan married Sophie Wyres in Falls County, Texas and settled in Jones County, Texas.  Sophie was born January of 1837 in Texas and is the daughter of Robert Wyres.  Washington and Sophie Bryan were the parents of at least three children:

In 1860, Washington and Sophie Bryan were living in Bell County, Texas.  In 1870, Washington and Sophie Bryan were living in Falls County, Texas.  In 1885, Washington Bryan moved to Abilene, Texas.  In 1900, “William” and Sophie “Bryant” were living in Taylor County, Texas.  Living with them was their daughter, Julia (Bryan) Young and her husband, Sam Young.  Washington Bryan died on April 9, 1905 in Abilene, Texas and was buried there.  In 1880, Julia Bryan married Sam C. Young (born June, 1848 in Alabama).  In 1900, Sam and Julia Young were living with Julia’s parents in Taylor County, Texas.  In 1920, Sam and Julia Young were still living in Taylor County, Texas.

WILLIAM JOHN BRYAN (2.1.3.1) is the son of Washington Carroll Bryan.  W. J. was born on September 29, 1859 in Falls County, Texas.  William Bryan married a woman named Mattie D. (born June, 1863 in Texas).  From 1900 to 1920, William and Mattie Bryan were living in Abilene in Taylor County, Texas.  William and Mattie Bryan were the parents of two children:

  Barnard D. “Tex” Bryan, b. March, 1893, Texas
  William Juel Bryan, b. February, 1896, Texas

William held degrees from Texas Agriculture and Mechanical and Cumberland Law School.  W. J. Bryan died on August 28, 1948 in Abilene, Texas.  In 1920, Barnard and Juel Bryan were living with their parents in Abilene in Taylor County, Texas.  Barnard Bryan lived in Abilene, Texas and Hamlin, Texas.

FRANCES LORA BRYAN (2.1.3.1) is the daughter of Washington Carroll Bryan.  Lora was born in February of 1866 in Texas.  Lora Bryan married Kirvin Kade Legett (born November, 1857 in Arkansas).  From 1900 to 1920, K. K. and Lora Legett were living in Taylor County, Texas.  K. K. and Lora Legett were the parents of three children:

  Kade B. Legett, b. June 4, 1889, Texas
  Julia Legett, b. June 4, 1891, Texas
  Ruth Legett, b. December 28, 1892, Texas

Lora (Bryan) Legett attended college at Weslyn Female Institute and Waco Female Institute.  K. K. Legett died in 1926.  In 1920, Kade Legett was living with his parents in Taylor County, Texas.  On February 25, 1915, Julia Legett married Luther James Pickard in Abilene, Texas.  Luther and Julia Pickard had two children:  -  James Kade Pickard,  -  Jane Pickard.  Luther and Julia Pickard were divorced on December 11, 1934.  Julia (Legett) Pickard died on January 25, 1981 and was buried in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.  As of 1981, James Pickard was living in Chevy Chase, Maryland.  Jane Pickard married E. T. Huey.  As of 1981, Jane (Pickard) Huey was living in Orlando, Florida.

On December 25, 1915, Ruth Legett married Percy Jones in Abilene, Texas.  Percy and Ruth Jones had two children:  -  Julia Jones,  -  Edith Jones.  Ruth (Legett) Jones died on November 11, 1978.  Julia Jones married John A. Matthews and they have two children:  -  John A. Matthews, Jr.  -  Kade Legett Matthews.  In 1978, John and Julia Matthews were living in Abilene, Texas.  Edith Jones married Peter O’Donnell, Jr.  As of 1978, Peter and Edith O’Donnell were living in Abilene, Texas.
