MAYME SMITH ADKINS (2.9.11.4) is the daughter of Abner Calvin Adkins and Evaline Maria (Brooks) Adkins. Mayme was born on January 26, 1874 in Buena Vista, Georgia. Mayme Adkins married Homer Augustus Wall (born January 11, 1869 in Tazewell, Georgia). In 1892, Homer graduated from Georgia Medical College in Augusta, Georgia and practiced medicine in Bronwood and Ochlocknee, Georgia. Homer and Mayme Wall were the parents of three children:

On February 26, 1923, Nadine Wall married Everett Edmund Stow of Atlanta, Georgia. Everett was born on November 26, 1883 and was raised in Macon, Georgia, but moved to Atlanta, Georgia as an adult. He last worked for the Waycross Georgian in Waycross, Georgia where he lived for 20 years. Bland Wallace Adkins died on September 22, 1945 and Winona (Morgan) Adkins died on December 19, 1972. Both were buried in Waycross, Georgia. Carolyn Adkins is a retired registered nurse from the United States Navy. Carolyn lives at St. Simons Island, Georgia. Bland Woodrow Adkins served in the United States Navy during World War II. He is retired and lives at St. Simons Island, Georgia.

Montzingo. Barney Brooks married Cora Belle Ferris (born August 18, 1877). Barney Brooks died on October 31, 1946 and Cora (Ferris) Brooks died on January 29, 1956. Virgil Brooks died on December 12, 1952.
